We are the manufacturer of a unique Ballast Water Treatment System called Sciecno InTank BWTS.  My role within the organisation is giving direction to Project Managers, External Engineering companies and establishing procedures and routines.

During install, pre-commissioning and commissioning I am heavily involved in the communications with the Shipyard and the vessel owners. I also must plan our human resources in the most efficient way. During these various actions I also keep a close eye on budgets, timely delivery and invoicing.
